Kacche Aam ki chatni (Raw mango Chutney)

2 Medium sized raw mango
2 Green chilies
1 Whole dry red chilli
5 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 tbsp coriander seeds
Salt to taste
Oil As required
