Graylag goose

The Graylag Goose, also known as the European      Graylag Goose, is a species of waterfowl that is native to Europe and      Asia.

They are large birds, with adults reaching up to 30 inches in length and weighing up to 14 pounds.

They have a distinctive gray plumage, with white underparts and a black beak and feet.

Graylag Geese are migratory birds, flying from their breeding grounds in Europe and Asia to their wintering grounds in Africa and southern Europe.

They form large flocks, often mixed with other geese species, during migration and wintering.

They are omnivorous birds and feed on a variety of plants and animals, including grasses, grains, and aquatic invertebrates.

They are known to be very vocal birds and their honking calls can often be heard during migration and at their breeding and wintering grounds.
