Kadhi Badi in Bihari style is one of the most popular and loved dish in Bihar. It is specially made on auspicious occasions and festivals and on regular basis as everyday food item. Kadhi Badi can be eaten with roti and rice. There is no onion and garlic used in Bihari version of Kadhi Badi (Pakoda or Pakora) and it is authentic village style cooking.
