My illegal detention and unfair system
I am an IT professional and wildlife photographer by hobby. I live in JM Florence greater Noida west falls under Bisrakh Thana.
I have Indian Spitz dog similar to Pomeranian. In the past many times, I have been confronted by unruly person and there were attempts to beat me because of my pet for no reason.
I have filed a case in Surajpur court 293531/2022. Later on an FIR also registered by police as the accused misbehaved with police also during preliminary investigation.
After all this a few residents of JM Florence society including the ones who are named in FIR are always in the lookout to trap me in a situation and start a fight.
Same thing happened on 23rd of December 2022 when a young man named Vishvam Pandey was in the lift and I and my wife entered the lift. Vishwam Pandey has obstructed the lift door with his legs and asked us to leave the lift in an unruly manner.
After a lot of persuasion by me, security and maintenance he took everything to a situation and sensing threat I had no option but to use pepper spray for my safety. After that a person named Amit Kumar Singh also insulted my wife and misbehaved.
I immediately called 112 and upon reaching police chowki, The police started abusing me in front of the accused which encouraged them more. I was taken to Bisrakh thana where I was subjected to more abuses for keeping a dog. The incharge asked the other party to write an application and said sign lekar aao logon ki ache se fasate hain isko. They have given paper and pen and respected and I was consistently abused.
My family was not informed of my detention, My phone was taken away making me deprived of taking legal help.
I was not given paper and pen and kept as a hostage till 6PM the next day. I was subjected to extreme cold, no food and no water only abuses.
The person who beat me was let go at night and in IPC 151 I was only made accused and punished.
Currently I have fear of my life and we are not going out at all.
